What information is used, and why?

Required fields are marked in the booking form. An appointment cannot be organised without the necessary information. Please do not send sensitive medical information in booking forms.
Providers and recipients
Data is accessible to Meriem Bokbot and the providers needed for the services you use: Cal.com for appointments, Stripe for payments, Netlify for hosting and the professional email provider. Google is involved if you enable analytics or load a map.
These providers may process some data outside the European Economic Area. Their policies set out the applicable locations and transfer safeguards. External services such as Instagram and Médoucine have their own privacy rules.
Cookies and storage on your device
Google Analytics does not load until you accept it. Rejecting is as easy as accepting. You can change your choice using “Cookie settings” at the bottom of each page.
Your choice is stored for six months. Analytics cookies are configured to expire after no more than six months. This site adds no advertising tag. The Google map loads automatically when you approach the location section and may exchange technical data with Google.
The calendar loads on booking pages. This site no longer stores a booking step in the browser tab.
Retention
Appointment data and correspondence are used throughout the service relationship. Information needed to prove a contract may be archived for the applicable limitation period; accounting records are kept for ten years where legally required. Other information should be deleted when no longer necessary. Providers describe their own retention periods in their policies.
Your rights
Subject to the applicable rules, you can request access, correction, deletion, portability or restriction of processing, or object to processing. You can withdraw consent for future processing. Email contact@mbholistique.fr. Requests are normally answered within one month, subject to statutory extensions.
You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
