Terms and conditions

1. Provider and services

Meriem Bokbot is a sole trader operating as MB Holistique. SIRET: 101 975 704 00020. Professional address: 58 passage Brady, 75010 Paris, France. Contact: contact@mbholistique.fr · +33 7 67 30 97 92.

Individual Reiki sessions last one hour, including conversation, and take place at the practice by appointment. They are wellbeing services and do not replace medical or psychological care. Experiences and sensations vary between people.

2. Prices and payment

For a first session, you choose your contribution. Follow-up sessions cost €60 for one hour. Prices are final amounts payable in euros. No subscription is taken out.

Payment is made by card through the booking/payment process. The amount is displayed before you confirm payment. Card details are handled by the payment provider; MB Holistique does not have access to the full card number.

3. Booking

Book online by choosing an available time and entering your contact details. The calendar email sets out the date and time. A payment receipt records your payment and does not, on its own, book an appointment. If anything is unclear or you have not received confirmation, contact MB Holistique before booking or paying again.

4. Rescheduling and cancellation

Booked sessions are non-cancellable and non-refundable, except where statutory rights or the situations below apply. You can request a new time if you notify MB Holistique at least 48 hours before your appointment, subject to availability.

Send the request to contact@mbholistique.fr or +33 7 67 30 97 92. With less than 48 hours’ notice, rescheduling is not guaranteed. Payments are not refunded for a missed appointment, subject to applicable statutory rights.

If MB Holistique cancels the session, you will be offered a new time or a refund for the service not provided. These rules do not limit statutory rights, including where the service is not performed or applicable force majeure rules apply.

5. Right of withdrawal

For a service contract concluded at a distance, you generally have 14 days from the date of the contract to withdraw. Where applicable, this right takes precedence over the commercial non-refund policy.

You can notify MB Holistique by email or post, without giving a reason, using a clear statement. Any amounts due will be refunded within the statutory period of 14 days after notification. If the service has started at your express request before the withdrawal period ends, the statutory rules on early performance apply. Booking alone does not constitute presumed consent or a waiver.

6. Complaints

For a complaint, email contact@mbholistique.fr with your appointment date and the details of your concern. An amicable solution will be sought. Your rights to consumer mediation and to bring proceedings before the competent court remain applicable.
